After 20 years in IP and 13+ years working with technology adoption, I've developed a specific perspective: successful adoption isn't about software features. It's about legal workflows, change management, and trust.

I've seen legal tech from three different sides:
Vendor-Side — At Inteum, I managed client accounts for IP management software. I trained users, configured solutions, and built education programs. I saw what drives successful adoption and what makes expensive licenses sit unused.
Firm-Side — At Kilpatrick Townsend (AmLaw 100), I drive adoption of enterprise IP software including FoundationIP. I onboard IP hires, provide ongoing enablement, and have delivered IP education for professional staff. I function as the internal customer success team—bridging what vendors deliver and what legal teams actually need.
User-Side — As an IP paralegal at Amazon, Seed IP, and Baker & Hostetler, I did the high-stakes work: prosecution deadlines, portfolio management, global filings.
